Where to write
Each address goes straight to the people who handle that kind of request. Picking the right one is faster than a general enquiry.
- Account and billing - [email protected]. Credits, plan changes, refunds, sign-in trouble. Check the help centre first; most billing questions are answered there.
- Privacy and data - [email protected]. Access, export, correction, and deletion requests under GDPR and comparable law. See the privacy policy for what we hold.
- Safety and abuse - [email protected]. Suspected minors, non-consensual content, real-person imagery. Public artwork pages also carry an in-page report action, which is faster.
- Copyright - [email protected]. Include the URL, the work infringed, and a statement of good faith.
- Partnerships and affiliates - [email protected]. Terms are on the affiliate page.
- Moderation appeals - [email protected]. Challenge a removal, a restriction or an account suspension. Free, and open for six months from the decision. See section 12b of the Terms.
- Formal legal notice - [email protected], and by post to the registered address below.
Formal notices and requests
These forms ask for exactly what the relevant law requires, so a notice sent through one can be acted on without us writing back for missing details. You do not need an account to use any of them.
- Report illegal content - the notice-and-action route under the Digital Services Act.
- Remove an intimate image - published without the consent of the person shown. Actioned within 48 hours.
- Report trafficking or exploitation - triaged ahead of everything else, and you may report anonymously.
- Copyright infringement notice - with the elements a valid notice must contain.
- Appeal a moderation decision - free, for six months from the decision.
Response times
What we prioritise
- Safety reports come first. Anything involving a suspected minor is treated as an emergency.
- Account, billing and copyright mail is answered in order of receipt.
- Data requests are answered within the statutory period that applies to you.
